ÜÇGE participated in TAİDER's "From Industry to Art" Project.

ÜÇGE Group Companies have contributed to a significant collaboration in the field of sustainable design by participating in the “From Industry to Art” project, conducted by the Turkish Family Businesses Association.

Within the scope of the project, students from the Industrial Design Department of the Middle East Technical University developed and exhibited aesthetic, functional, and sustainable products by recycling waste materials obtained from the participating companies.

ÜÇGE Group Companies contributed to the project as a significant stakeholder in university-industry collaboration by incorporating waste materials from their production processes. During the meeting with the students, the production processes were explained on-site, the waste materials were examined, and evaluations regarding the design processes were shared.

Damla Aras, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of ÜÇGE Group Companies, made the following statement regarding the project:

“We highly value these kinds of collaborations, where young designers bring a different perspective to production processes. The transformation of industrial waste into creative designs shows that sustainability is not just a goal, but also a way of thinking.”

This project, which brings together industry and design from a sustainable perspective, aims to strengthen environmental responsibility awareness and integrate the circular economy approach into the field of design.
