A Powerful Gathering at ÜÇGE: Value-Creating Ideas on the Same Platform

ÜÇGE Group Companies organized an event at its Bursa Işıktepe Organized Industrial Zone factory as part of Innovation Week. “Industrial Innovation: New Ways to Create Value”The event brought together experienced speakers in their fields with its employees through a panel discussion. Many strategic topics were covered at the event, ranging from production and digital transformation to sustainability and human resources.

Combining its half-century of production power with an innovative vision, ÜÇGE has once again demonstrated, through this special event, that it views innovation not merely as a concept, but as a fundamental element of its corporate culture and sustainable growth.

Halit Yılmaz, Director of Management Systems at ÜÇGE, who delivered the opening speech of the panel, drew attention to the strategic importance of innovation in today's competitive environment and gave the following message: “Today, the success of organizations is shaped by how quickly they recognize change and how boldly they take action.
