Omet Foodtech

Omet Foodtech was founded in 1959 in Poggibonsi, in the heart of Chianti, Tuscany, with the aim of manufacturing machinery for the meat industry.

Initially, the company focused on butcher shops that produced sausages manually. It quickly developed more sophisticated machinery for sausage factories, establishing a significant presence in the Italian market. From the early 1990s onwards, the company expanded into major international markets.
